Chicago Proclamation Reception

CHICAGO, Illinois: Don was met at the Millennium Park Bicycle Station by his brothers David and Garry as well as Mayor Daley's Chicago Bicycle Ambassador, Carlos Cuarta. One of the cyclists at the proclamation ceremony invited Don to join him on the Chicago Critical Mass ride that evening. These pictures were taken by Don's brother David Loomis.
