Garry is talking to Don, who will be arriving shortly at the Millennium Park Bicycle Station in Chicago for the Chicago Proclamation reception. Don was met by his brothers David and Garry as well as Mayor Daley's Chicago Bicycle Ambassador, Carlos Cuarta. Victor Grinshtein rode in from Columbus, Ohio on his Rowbike.
